We are most proud of our new offering PAS Workspace for temporary employees. We understand that internal IT Departments are under pressure to find both physical technical resources and time for onboarding remote workers.

With PAS Workspace we are able to provide a fully secure independent desktop workspace that operates within the browser of the temporary associates home computer. These custom workspaces can include any web-based tools in addition to accessing email, MS Office products, Salesforce. We can even provide a managed direct-dial phone number. Our IT team will work with you to deploy a custom instance with the work tools your temporary associate will need to begin their assignment.

Palo Alto Staffing will maintain full control of the workspace and in the event of termination we can instantly remove the user’s access while retaining the instances for future assignments or work product retention.

Further, we have reworked our recruitment workflows to provide you seamless service in these chaotic times.

Interviewing

We are conducting all interviewing over Webex. Our recruiters are setup with accounts to schedule and all you need to do is click a link so we can help you conduct these web interviews without any work on your end.

Onboarding

We are working with HR departments to utilize DocuSign tools and to digitize their onboarding forms at no expense to our clients.

Training

We have the tools and processes to support the training of common business processes. We have integrated with CloudApp and Webex to record training sessions so that they can be used for future onboarding

Work & Management

We are currently revising our onboarding process to include training on working from home and have introduced scheduled calls with each new associate on a weekly basis to help them to transition to this new way of work.
